Whispering Oaks Resort Balloon Festival

We had two balloons Friday evening for our first launch,
The pilots were very talented and gave everyone a great show especially their passengers
as they picked leaves off the tops of trees and got their feet wet when dipped in a local pond.

Saturday morning the third balloon showed up and the festival was now in full swing.

Preparations for the International dinner were under way as well, some of our resident members
who are highly skilled in the culinary arts prepared Turkey breasts and Pork sirloin while other
members prepared dishes from all different cultures.

After dinner, two balloons were launched for an evening flight and the third stayed and gave tethered flights
to our members and guests.
