General Agreement

Our campers and guests are courteous, friendly, co-operative and neat.
Thank you for being one of them and choosing our park for your visit.
The following information is provided to help create a fun, safe and stress free time at
Whispering Oaks.

Most are no different than any other public or private facility of any nature.

Participants agree to avoid behavior which is aggressive, harassing, embarrassing, overtly sexual, or otherwise inappropriate. We request that all body contact be limited to simple expression of affection and friendship. Provocative conduct or sexual misconduct will not be tolerated.

Participants agree not to bring or use photo/video equipment on the grounds except under the rules and acknowledgment of management. We are pleased that you would want to take pictures, but in order to preserve everyone's personal privacy, get the authorization of those being photographed as well.

Pet owners agree to keep their pets on a leash or contained at their camp or park site and away from areas used by people. We prefer that you leave your pets at home. If you must bring them, please keep them under control and quiet at all times. Please clean up after them.

Smokers avoid littering, and to use caution and courtesy in all areas.

Participants agree to use earphones on radios, and tape/CD players in shared areas.

Participants agree to Quiet hours between 11:00 P.M. and 8:00 A.M. We ask that you please keep all music and talk minimized so as not to disturb your neighbors.

Participants agree to not wear clothing in general, (including swimsuits) in the pool, hot tub and sauna, and to take showers before entering any of these facilities. Clothing is allowed if the weather is inclement and to prevent sunburn. On certain days, women wear shorts or a bathing suit bottom.

No glass in or around pool, hot tub or sauna.

Please help us maintain a beautiful pool and spa.
Shower with soap to remove all suntan lotion or oil.
General pool rules are posted at the pool area. Kindly take the time to read them.

Parents are responsible for their children's conduct and safety at all times. Small ones must not swim without parent nearby, nor use boats without lifejacket and or adult aboard.
We apologize, but due to recent news events around the country, children in diapers will not be allowed in the pool.

Observe 10 MPH speed limit, children at play

When nude, always sit on a towel when using a chair, bench, sauna, etc. Towels are for your protection.

Please no Littering, place candy wrappers, cans, etc. in trash receptacles provided.

Alcoholic beverages are permitted, in moderation, in the recreational areas.

No Weapons or Controlled substances.

Serious violations are grounds for expulsion and/or suspension of membership.
